I am looking for alternative options for parking in the Brisbane CBD. I usually park around Charlotte street but my usual car parking garage have raised the daily cost 25% over the past month.
Any ideas?

OP, try the Parkhound website. The Airbnb of parking. I've used it to rent my space out in Spring Hill. $300 a month should get you a decent car park in Brisbane.
I was paying $16 a day in Brisbane CBD, Charlotte Street. This has since gone up to $20 a day.
All available spots with Parkhound still work out more expensive that the daily cost at the commercial parking garage, given I only need it Monday-Friday.
Keep checking it, I made an offer and got 24/7 parking through park hound on the corner of wharf and Ann for $250 per month which suited my needs perfectly at the time (this was about a year ago).

If 10 mins walk to CBD ( to central station) is okey to you..check out available parking spots at ‘ Cathedral place’. It is a apartment complex 10 - 15 mins walk to station. Usually you get parking for 40-50$ per week from tenants who stay there there for short term. You can check their notice board if you are interested.
