          To be honest, out of the 3 or 4 items I followed, I think the banner has only disappeared for me once. I do not recall, if I refreshed at all then - maybe once or twice out of curiosity that my banner had gone - nothing changed.

          I've gotten to an order page twice?, but sold out.

          Usually, the item banner just appears.

        If the ads are released at a certain time and the likelihood of missing the item is very high, is there really much of a need to refresh? Even if it's an improved chance by a low single digit percentage.

        Or is it that the act of refreshing gives us the feeling of a much increased chance?

      Downloaded an Auto refresh chrome extension. Set up two pages zoomed to the two adds (top and bottom respectively)so I can do other work on my monitor. Make sure your autofill info has been updated on Chrome. Then all you have to do is pounce on the deal!

    So how can I find out if I've got the product? Do I have to wait 2-3 days for a "Order Cancelled" or "Order Fullfilled"? I don't know if I should keep trying for other items or not now

      If you get the email confirming order pending, then it can take up to 2 weeks depending on the situation. I remember lots of people last year had to wait more than a week to get it processed and some over 2 weeks to find out their orders were cancelled.

        I don't think they are sending any emails out today confirming regardless (although last night they seemed to send some for the 32" TV and XBOX)

          Usually the emails are instant, like within the hour. That's how it worked last year.

          I got an email from Click Frenzy for the Xbox deal saying that if you get Order Pending, you will see the amount on your CC, otherwise it means you probably didn't get it.

          Just to clarify: Once I submitted my personal details, it took me straight to the "Order is pending" page. Three minutes later I received an email with an order number and a status update stating my order is still pending….most likely subject to review.

        Wow that's pretty stupid. So theoretically someone could have an order processing for EVERY item and then in 2 weeks time think they may have won at least 1 item but then receive ~20 emails saying "Order Unsuccessful"

          Yep, that's what happened to me last year, because I did it when I was at University and apparently the classify Uni to be one address. So all the people who tried from University or Common places will most likely get their orders cancelled.

    I'm guessing I'm out on the xbox. Its absurd I have no idea if its moving ahead or not despite the credit card authorisation. I'm going to try for the tv and the DJ1.

      It's probably an error, like what I got for my Xbox. You get order pending, but no order confirmation email, or no charge to your CC.

        I got to the Order Pending screen for the iPad and GHD but no email or CC charge. However I got to the Order pending screen for the Beats and received an email straight away saying that my order is being reviewed and my CC has been charged… Fingers crossed

    So, it appears I was successful for the Xbox. I was refreshing the page constantly last night (every 5 seconds) and filled the form out as soon as it appeared. I got an "order pending" email, and a pending charge on my card. About an hour ago, I got another email from ClickFrenzy saying that I was successful (order approved) & they gave me a tracking number for FastWay couriers.

          If you are using Chrome, get an auto-reload extension, you can set it to reload every few seconds, then when the banner disappears, use F5 to manually refresh.
