I was with them for years and never encountered hidden charges? They were really good imo.
They have good rates when you join but have a habit of bumping up your rate higher than the rate they offer new customers. Which is a bit sh*t imo.
That said I'm still with them and find them fine to deal with. But that's my one and only annoyance with them.
True-ish. They aren't really bumping you up. Due to downward pressure on rates for the last few years they're just offering increasingly cheap promos to get new customers. All the banks behave this way sadly hence the constant mortgage book churns!
With them for ~3 years now, no issues. Simple no frills service with a good rate. Good service the 2 times issues have come up.
Looked at other "packages" and found that the benefits were mostly useless and not worth the extra %.
Reduce home loans are cheaper but didnt respond and were too slow processing for me.
