basically everything overall, protein, creatine, aminos, l carnitine
Bulk nutrients seem to have a better range than most.
avoid everything other than whey protein and some good preworkout (low caffeine is what you want)
don't waste your money on creatine, aminos and L-carnitine, it will do nothing for you. ZERO! You arent on anything that will actually utilise those nutrients properly. creatine is the most over hyped supplement of all time
Bulk Nutrients are always the same price which is usually relatively low or cheapest. Often you can find 5% coupon codes.
ebay. i'm actually serious. Get the bulk packs and they're often cheaper than the bulk websites like bulk nutrients or my protein.
