My sister got dresses from dressandcharm.com. They're quite nice. You can get knockoffs on ebay as well for even cheaper, but you'd want to order well in advance in case they're too small.
Are you interested in international stores? Debenhams in the UK does free standard international delivery on orders over $100 (otherwise $10 shipping) and in their sale have dresses less than $100 but sizes are limited.
Note that UK sizes are often a bit different than Australian sizes.
I found a better selection (in my opinion) when I searched with my country set as UK rather than Australia (378 products compared to 61 when searching specifically for bridesmaid dresses, perhaps some styles don't ship directly to Australia).

Aliexpree.com promgirl.com both have great stuff for under $100. On Aliexpress ordered two flower girl dresses and received an email back for measurements. For $70 Australian each I received custom made dresses. I ordered my daughters prom dress from prom girl and that was also under $100
My wife got her wedding dress done in China custom made!
We were super hesitant, but we thought eh worse that can happen is we lost $100.
We ordered the dress super in advance just in case it would suck and we would have to buy a replacement.
I bought my Hugo Boss suit from the U.S. for $150 and only had to touch up the waist and leg length (I was skinny back then)
when mrs altomic and I got married we bought the bridesmaid dresses from some discount store in Japan (we were living there and knew the bridesmaids sizes and they were a stretchy material). They ended up costing about $40 each. and coming from Japan then no one could pick that they were so inexpensive. they looked very nice. win.
