I read about this on a baby forum. Target stores have been giving free showbags to customers for the Bumper Babython sale. The items will vary depending on the store. This sale started today (13/01/2011). No purchase is required.

I had to ask for it. At the Canberra Centre Target I got the following items in my bag.
* Baby food container
* Target bib
* Sample Dri Bot nappy
* Tommy Tippee breast pad sample
* Safe-n-Sound "Baby on Board" car sign
* Tommy Tippee plastic baby spoon

I just spoke to the staff at Perth city Target who have advised you still need a Bounty Bag coupon. They are not giving away free bags.
I thought showbags are different to Bounty bags?

I got my free bag today at Erina Target. I asked at Customer Service and that is where they are kept.

Aren't the Bounty Bags available for ALL newborns? This sample bag is a promotional bag for the Target Bumper Babython sale and so it is different to the Bounty Bags.
Yes, I filled in the form below and the Bounty Bags are diferent. Try a few Targets. So far two have given me a free Bumper Bag and one said I need a coupon.
I went to Hornsby Target today and they said you need a coupon from a website yet Erina Target gave it to me with nothing. All stores are different and seem to have different bags.
