Dont trust Kogan's Price Match Policy Bad experience

Shocked by Kogan's price match policy! It's a lie dont count on it. Following is reply from KOGAN customer service

      i just had a look at that and wth does that even mean??? Doesnt specifiy if they'll match / beat , just that they'll be shocked lol.

        Maybe the OP could take them to the ACCC and claim that response from Kogan didn't express any shock? I personally don't even detect mild surprise.

    Great Price Guarantee by Kogan! Read that for the first time and it's clear they invite customers to send them cheaper prices in order to shock them.
    Clearly no offer of a price beat or match.

    Don't know what you want from them OP, their policy is clear as day!

    I just read their Price 'Guarantee' too.
    It's quite funny - and possibly misleading - but they do not make any promise to price-match.
    It is certainly not much of a guarantee, but they do invite you to tell them about any lower prices. One can assume that they might TRY to match - but again, they only promise to be shocked.

      Kinda funny way to put this kind of Kogan promised (themselves) to be shocked on lower price, probably better not to put it out there as it's somewhat doesn't mean anything to customer - but yes, not necessarily a promise to match.

      I remember to buy a discounted 2 scratch removal from Kogan for $5 then a week or two after someone else selling them at $1. Then their gutter solar 2 pack usually price at $49.95 then on special it is $15, where then if we just do our research, you can easily just buy 10 pack for $35 elsewhere without the need to feel it has been a great buy.

      A phone cases may seem like a brand name one, thus at $5-$10 seems like a great deal, but if you look closer, it's just generic, unbranded, which may be just $1-$2 online.

      They do sell brand products such as Google home, iPad on great price.
