Enter details and refer a friend. The first 20,000 valid entrants will be emailed a unique "Free Scoop" code which entitles them to 1 Scoop Waffle Cone/Cup in a flavour of choice, to be used through the Baskin-Robbins Rewards app at participating stores.

TO REDEEM

1. Download the Baskin-Robbins Rewards app.
2. Find closest store from the list of participating stores.
3. Add payment details ("The app is a digital wallet and needs a valid credit card to activate your account - but don't worry, you won't get charged").
4. Enter code into "Voucher" tab and at point of purchase in-store, hit "Saved Offers" in the app and follow prompts to redeem.

  We signed up last time. There are limited stores that participate in the deal. Wasted our time driving to the Moorabbin dfo but the stingy bastards wouldn’t give us a free scoop.

      Did they say why they refused to honour ? With Baskin and Robbins, not all stores are listed in the app. I found 1 store honoured Circular Quay Sydney, whereas the other store Darling Harbour refused to honour, but the Darling Harbour store didn't show in the app, so I guess thats fair enough.

        (Should have checked first.
        Only 1 store participates in Vic!)

      The App lists stores that accept these App only offers. Moorabbin is not set up to accept the App for payment. That store would not be reimbursed for payment.

      Just check the App first before going to a store that dies not accept the App.

    Moorabbin store does not participate in App offers - it's not listed in the App. (Only 1 store participates in Vic!)

    The store wasn't being stingy bastards - they weren't on the list of participating stores. That store would not be reimbursed for payment.

    Just check the App first.

    Just use your mobile phones internet connection . Switch to airplane mode… then switch signal back on again new IP:) . Can do this infinitely :) .
    And clear cookies/history each time to be sure they dont know its same person .

      Yeah but you have to collect it in person, they'll recognise you.
      I suppose this work around is useful if you can visit multiple Baskin-Robbins locations.

        Tbh, I went and got 4 seperate scoops (1 at a time) throughout the 1 day, at same location. 1 girl looked at me funny/sus on the last time lol. But honestly, only the owner would really care, though even then probably not so much. I think The actual store must be reimbursed somehow, either they get paid for it, or they get reimbursed the amount of ice cream value.
        Also, when i was redeeming multiple free scoop coupons last time, I realized last time I paid for 'free scoops' via groupon. So for all they know, you bought 5 free scoop codes of groupon or the like :)

  Scoop unlocked - email received with code.

  Entered my details, sent email with copied link to friend, friend clicked link & entered their details, I clicked link to BR on Instagram, then returned to deal link page & clicked to redeem scoop. Code then is entered in App (already set up in old $10 free credit deal).
  Pretty easy.

    Depends on your location - handy for me.
    Check if local store is listed in App.

    Redeemed a free scoop last week from earlier emailed code to get me back in store.
    No problems redeeming - it appears in App showing 1 free scoop after entering code. Same with this code.

    Be your own 'friend' for any deals that come along where require multiple email details :).
    I think they let you make 5 or 10 emails at a time. Then change IP , or make anothet 5-10 another day.
    People have suggested gmail allows you to make use the 1 email as if it were multiple emails also, by adding dot.
    eg . [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] .
    Apparently gmail doesn't read the full stop.

  I ate like 4-5 scoops last time I was in Sydney :/ (all free) lol. Keep details of your multiple accounts, they seem to send an email to each account after a few months of not using , saying "what happened did we do something wrong? , here is a free scoop""

      You seem to be up with it in regards to which stores participate. How many stores in Melb will honour it? From memory it was only 3 or so.

        Check the app, as participating stores are listed by location name, not state. I've got no idea of Melb locations by name.

        Checked Store locator: shows only 3 stores in Vic.
        Cross referenced with App locations:
        Dandenong - not in App
        Camberwell - in App
        Moorabbin - not in App

        Lucky there's plenty near me🍦

        So only 1 participating store in Victoria is pretty poor form. Most people aren’t going to check which stores are participating and when they go to their local stores chances are they’ll be going home without one of the 20,000 scoops. I thought I’d neg this to warn others so that they don’t waste their time. I know, a neg is pretty harsh sorry op

        We need to download app as part of this promotion (to load code into app) - which shows which stores participate.

        Deal Description states Only available from participating Rewards app stores.

        You went to a non-participating store before and complained they were "stingy bastards", when you failed to check if store was on the participating list!

        If you don't check if store participates (has system installed to process payment by App), that's up to you. But you could be wasting your own time.

        But negging a deal because it is not available near you or complex - so many deals could qualify.

        Not a valid reason for a neg by voting guidelines

        An appropriate action is to REPORT deal to update Title / Description to show what I found for you - only 1 store in Vic. Maybe could list participating stores. That way it won't be OzBargained by people who can't get the offer.

        I don't need to go out of my way to find a participating store👍

        That warning was in the Deal Description.
        No need to download App. Just do a search for Participating Stores! Takes seconds.

        But much better if Deal Description could list participating stores. That's done via REPORT, not by a Neg.

        Some people live around the corner from a participating store (like I do), while others are not near a store. So a neg is inappropriate.

        Problem solved. I posted list below & Deal Description now updated to include table of Participating Stores👍

        And WA has 17 times the number of participating stores than Vic!

      And dont let staff touch your phone. Click on it yourself in front of them, but if they hold your phone and do it, bound to get sticky ice cream all ova your phone :/ . I just tell em straight up, I dont want ice cream on my phone , its not rocket science, they just click 3 times or something in the app, and it is 'redeemed' , click yourself to save sticky phone :)

    Hardly. They say only at participating stores! And there are only 3 stores in Vic anyway! Many might still live a long way from those, even if they were participating.

    We have a month to pickup the freebie (after adding code to App), so many may be close by a participating store to use within that time. I've added a code 2 months after receiving it - so can be possible to pick up 3 months after receiving email!

    You just needed to do a simple search to find the list of participating stores as I posted above. Takes less time than complaining😀

    Good intentions, but… A neg was not the appropriate action to change the Deal Description. Always better to contribute to a deal - improving it with information for all (by listing participating stores) than use the quite specifically defined tool of a Neg vote. Otherwise you may be negged😞

        (^excluding TAS & SA, large areas of Victoria, …)

  Here's a list from the app of stores that accept the app and should accept the code. No breakdown where there are more than a few dots clustered in an area, check the app yourself for those.
