Have the same issue here. Looks like their system is down, can't get password reset email, can't register for new account as well.
Is this the Google verification or phone verification? The phone verification is very picky, only valid within a few minutes.
Called their customer support and confirmed IT issue with Captcha.
Coincidence because Microsoft are having issues with theirs.
Yeah had some hiccups this morning but order went through. Now it's widespread.

Heck no.
Sometimes it is hard to convince the software that you are human and not a robot. Which is kind of troubling really.
