$10 for Rising Storm 2: Vietnam is incredible value.

$24.99 USD down to $10 USD? It's a decent discount but I wouldn't say incredible.

    The description seems really odd.

"Check out these dope gamez. Wazzaaaaap dudes, a phat new bundle's in town, and this means war. Score sick games like Rising Storm 2: Vietnam - Digital Deluxe Edition, Day of Infamy Deluxe Edition, 8-Bit Armies, and more. Your friends'll be all, oh snap, these gamez are the bomb."

I have never noticed humble bundle to have that tone…

IGN owns it now apparently hence why it has been on the decline imo, has been for ages but just helped it along

  • Rising storm 2 non deluxe was also in the Humble Hope for Orphans Bundle, so you may already have the actual game.

Yeah I already have it from then, that was a great bundle. As for the game it's not really playable unfortunately, there's no active Aussie servers. So you have to play with a ping of 200ms plus if you wanna play at all. Kinda sad to looks like a fun game :(

    Worth it just for Insurgency.

Kind of hoping this might breathe some life back into the online experience.
R/S Vietnam I bought as I enjoyed Killing Floor 2 so much and it is terrible trying to get a populated game with acceptable ping (under 150ms).
Insurgency is pretty good, there are usually retirees or the usual meme kids making a noise, but it's at least populated and the custom servers/maps are fantastic when they work. I somehow managed to lose 350 hours of my life into it.
Day of infamy is the pick of the bunch, for me, but MP is dead. Tried to get as many games I could but so many days of under 400ppl playing globally and so few of them in AU made for a miserable experience. Sales etc might prop the game up to 1-2k population for 3 or 4 weeks, then back to deserted servers (there are so many servers, empty).
Don't get me wrong, I would love to see swarms of new people on the servers for these games but just a heads up, it doesn't last and that kinda ruins the $10USD value for me.

Looking forward to their new game this year. It's looking good, being built on a different engine I believe.
