JB HiFi have the Fossil Q on special for $199 with code plus shipping. So, about the same as Iconic. It’s a bit shitty that it’s $71US but here it’s over double that….
Maybe look into one of those freight forwarding places in the US to get it shipped here?
Does it need to be a hybrid? Ticwatch E can be had for less than $200 I believe, and is a fairly highly rated 'full' smartwatch.

It's currently $71 USD from the official Fossil US site, but I don't think it'll ship to an AU address. Cheapest I could find in Australia is through The Iconic for $209.30.
