Is Anyone Else Not Receiving Orders from eBay from International Sellers Lately?

Since the start of the year I have ordered about 8 items on ebay from different international sellers at different times (Chinese sellers to be exact). So far I have only received 1 item.

I have contacted the sellers to advise them that I didn't receive the items. One seller resent items but I still did not get them. I have received refunds for every item that hasn't arrived. I have ordered a countless number of items from ebay and none have been lost.

I feel that there may be a problem with either Aus post or China postAnyone else experiencing the same issue?

  most Chinese sellers shut up shop for chinese new year

  Took a month for some of the items to arrive. Some of your packages might've not have made it past customs.

  2-3 orders gone missing from different sellers, to different addresses.
  Been told the orders been shipped.
  It's so coincident all happened recently.
  I never had order gone missing until lately (late 2017 - 2018).

  Mine have all arrived safely.

  A few letters I missed and got the auspost we missed you red card come pick it up.

  Recently I have had a parcel go this way aka I missed the delivery and so did my house members so I got a pick up your parcel by x date red card.

  All I can think of is incomplete address or you might not be getting the pick up your missed parcel red cards from the post office.

  Otherwise yeah I dunno.
