Just checked my account and it seems like I have to provide the persons name/email/phone to refer them unfortunately. No code to hand out as such.
use the free month or double data codes. have a look on whirlpool too, the guy who owns it Phillip Britt hangs out there and regularly updates promotions.

If you really want a referral I can send you one, but I think you get a better deal from using one of the promotions.
Your ABB account number is the referral number you give that to someone you referred to ABB and they give that code to ABB or in the referral field for online and that gets that account number a free month. Does not help the person subscribing to the ABB network.
When we went with ABB we just had to give the person's details who referred us to them. And we are VERY happy with ABB too.

Timely post! I was just helping to sign my mother up using my code as a referral and noticed it didn't show the referral amount - only the offer - even though I had entered both. Was worried that I might not get my end of the bargain either but saw your post and that's reassured me that I should still get my credit. :)
