When you first setup account, you must click down bottom, 'activate rewards' or something like that then close app, reopen 5 minutes later, and it should be there at bottom, any offers you havd available for your account.

I wasn't a fan of the nuggets either. Probably just keep getting the $5 double beef and bacon meal when I eat Maccas (which is way too often at the moment as my house is less than a 5 minute walk from one)

Maccas App is the WORST !!
I went to get the 6 nuggets for $2 last night, had the app open on my phone with offer ready to go. Get to drive-through, ask for the 6 nuggets deal, then get to cashier window, hit the "scan" deal button, and the app just says "updating product information" then shuts down. So they wouldn't honour the $2 deal. So I had to pull over into the car park. I re-open the App and I have been logged out. Try to sign back in, of course forgot my password due to being annoyed. Had to get new password, could not find the Maccas email because it went to junk mail. Eventually found it, logged back in. Had to create a partial order, then went back and the scan button finally worked. So went to the counter to get my $2 6 pack of nuggets and their register does not recognise the code! Eventually, the Duty Manager came over and just gave me the 6 nuggets for free, and included small fries as a goodwill gesture.

I buy through the app and haven't had any problems - but I guess it means you have to give Maccas your bank card details and that's why people don't?
I refuse to order through the app because it is so buggy. I only use the app to get the vouchers only and I show them to the staff or enter them into the order kiosk screen.

I've found that I can use KFC's app at any store I have been to so far, while Macca's I can't get it to work for random stores - even though it worked before for that same store.
My success rate with the Maccas app was about 20% too and then a few months ago it stopped working entirely after you confirm purchase.
KFC's was 100% for me too until a recent app update and now it is 0% as the app crashes on launch now…
I swear the developers of fast-food applications are just a room full of monkeys typing randomly on typewriters, which is then interpreted by 5yr old's working in a Chinese sweatshop and the code written for the GameBoy Color.

Ordered 1 using App yesterday. Picked up from store. No problem.
Came out, got in my car, and partner she wanted 6 nuggets as well. Ordered another set in the car, using her account. Same store. Choose drive thru. At the windows, staff said they can't process it cause their store does not accept this deal. Shook my head, got my refund and drove off.
Same store, 2 results. Shrug.

So to how fix it when "updating prod info" or "Error authentification" msg appear is exit the app by pressing BACK button, AND then force shut Macca app (press/hold Square button in Android which gives you all the app tabs that are running, look for the app, press X to close). Re-open the app & pray for those yummy nuggets.
Edit: Also, make sure your Location (GPS) is ON before you open the app.

Had Maccas nuggets the other day and the quality of them has dropped off big time. Not even close to what they used to be, found a lot of the inedible cartilage in them also.
I find this quite surprising. Eaten hundreds of their nuggets (24 fo4 $9.95) and never came across any cartilage. However, I haven't eaten any for about a month so maybe things have changed.

App won't let me stack deals (10 nuggets and free small fries), not sure how others are doing it or what the trick is. It says something on the lines of 'deal already added to cart, please remove one'.
Also, I had that MyMaccas App open for 8 mins from the time I ordered to the time to drive-thru.. Drained 10% of my Note 8 battery…
The free fries is with $5 purchase. Even if you try and add $5 or more of food it won't let you add this with the 10 nuggets deal :(
