Oh no just bought something last night

    • Buy it again and flog the last purchase off on Gumtree.

      • Doesn't matter I used 10% off gift card

        • I am curious about what you bought? I know 10% gift card from POST, but the catch-ebay are doing 20% now. Which one is more bargain? :)

        • +1

          @happyOz:

Theres plenty of items listed on Catch but not on their eBay store

        • @happyOz:

Yeah they took some good bargain away from their eBay store

        • @superforever: Looking at Vitamix Red S30. The ebay store has it more expensive compared to the standard store but the 20% discount drops it lower than the cashback. Ebay store has it for $308 with free delivery compared to $695 RRP. Very tempted

    • If it isn't being processed yet, you can cancel the order in your account

Will I get cashback if I use refunded credits from returns?

    • anyone?

  • Sorry for the question, i'm a total beginner on these kinds of deals.

How do you do this? can i use this to buy a nintendo switch console and get a further 12.5% discount from the current price of $420?

    • +3

Go to cashrewards.com.au to check it out.

You have to buy with their link to the store.

      • thank you for you reply! can i use this deal on getting a further 12% off on the nintendo switch?

Also how do you get the cash back? in the form of rewards on cash rewards or fiat?

Hi rolldawg. We'd love to welcome you the the CR family. Watch our quick video here. Don't forget you get $10 into your account if you're referred by a friend, or you can sign up via one of the random referral links at the top of this post. Good luck, and feel free to ping me with any questions :)

      • Hey! thanks for the info

just a quick question. on the deal posted above, does this work on already discounted items on the catch store? and how does it calculate the 12% discount? from the full price or discounted price?

        Thanks!

        • +3

Hi again. As long as you follow the terms on the CR store page regarding exclusions etc you'll be fine, so yes it does apply to discounted items (don't use an unlisted coupon, or pay with a gift card). Also, please understand that cashback is not a discount. It's a rewards amount (in $) that we (CR) give back to you for shopping via our site. Without getting too technical, ensure you have AdBlock turned off and that after you click out from Shop Now, you complete your purchase on Catch without leaving the site. It's vital that your last click before purchase is made from CR else your tracking cookie will be dropped elsewhere. Thanks.

          @tightarse:

Ahh i see. Thanks for the quick reply!

        • @tightarse: Hi TA, would the 12% cash back apply when paying from COTD store credits (not gift card)?

        • @F1ngolf: Hey champ. I apologise from the outset for not getting back to you sooner. I literally just saw this message as my notifications aren't doing what they're supposed to since the OzB change recently. In all honesty, I'm not sure. I'll send an email to Catch right now but obviously wont get a response until tomorrow, so won't be any good for you tonight. My advice is to make the assumption you won't receive cashback if using credits. So, worst case you won't. OK'ish case you'll get cashback on the amount you paid dollars for (minus the credits). Best case you'll get the lot. Sorry I couldn't be clearer than this, but I'll be sure to update the terms on site once I know :)

        • @tightarse: No worries, mate. Thanks for checking anyway. You have a great evening!

    • I've had a couple of high value purchases not be registered so be prepared to not get the cashback. Never had an issue with small cashbacks though.

      Except for…

Cashback will NOT be paid when gift cards are redeemed (spent).

  • Apple Airpods can effectively be purchased for $190.96 ($217*0.88). Not bad!

When you open the box you'll see it's white :P

        • Ok, then White Import

          But no Local Warranty :)

  • Is the cash reward only for mothers day related items? Terms says "Rewards are NOT payable when using any coupon code/s not listed on Cashrewards.". The coupons below the page are only mothers day related items sadly.

    • +1

It's sitewide. CR haven't listed any coupons on their website so if you had one it wouldn't work.

  • How long does this last for?

    • +1

      Ends 11:59pm AEST tonight.

  • Important:
Cashback will NOT be paid when gift cards are redeemed (spent).

Would paying from COTD store credits still enjoy the 12% cashback?

  • Does using club catch membership to get free shipping preclude you from receiving cashback?

  • +1

Bought a Samsung Tab S3 with the genuine Samsung cover for $779 + $53.39. Signed up to Catch Club for free delivery on the cover. Will get back $99.88 on 1 August. 😊 Thanks Cashrewards

  • Wouldn't work on their ebay page right?

  • Hi Rep, I made a purchase on catch for 699.95 and it was tracked by cashrewards as Amount: AUD 636.32 Cashback: AUD 76.36

    Shouldn't the cashback be 83.99 (12%)?

    • +2

Looks like you don’t get it calculated on the GST portion.

      • Correct. Thank you.

    • I can't speak for the rep but normally shipping is excluded from cashback. Was it that maybe?

      • Shipping was free! Doesn't say anywhere they would calculate the cashback ex gst :(

        • +1

Hi FickleRick. As per the terms on site:

Cashback will only be payable on eligible purchases, excluding freight, delivery, taxes and GST.

        • @tightarse:
Ahh no worries I'll keep that in mind next time! Thanks

    • Same experience here. Spent about 1250, cashback notification indicated the total spend was only 1130. Postage was free and no coupons were used.

      • Hi Surge86. Please see my response just above. Thanks.
