a solid 10% are <0.10.

Probably won't get honoured, though.

    The fact that you got the order shipped email goes to prove (as assumed) that most of these cheap/asian gadget stores send fake shipping emails to trick the buyer into actually thinking they have sent the item. Whether they send it or not is another story.
