Just checked the app for a food related deal & noticed that my coffee card had disappeared (I was due for a freebie next purchase). Has anyone had this happen to them or know the best contact method to make a complaint?

Same thing has happened to me twice. I think there may be a limit for number of current valid offers, so when new ones are introduced the old ones are deleted.
the McDonald app is buggy and function less as all hell. I don't know why they have such ridiculous TV adds showing people frothing at the lips whilst eating a big mac, like they are orgasiming, or some old bird losing her fries all over a trampoline (cos that makes sense) yet have an app so poor.
I went to order family meal the other day on it, and you cant, so i went next door to kfc.
i like that you voted with your feet, but at least the maccas app works at most of their stores, unlike the kfc app which has never worked at any store i've ever visited
Happened to me a while ago, I emailed them (very friendly email) and they sent me 5 free coffee vouchers. Maybe 2 months later the loyalty card was restored so they might restore it in next few days.

The maccas app is one of the buggiest aps available. Delete it and your troubles will be deleted also.

Yep. Same happened to me. Had two cards. One was deleted. I had one coffee purchased on that card. I thought mine had expired but wasn't sure of the Expiry date. So they are just randomly djeleting coffee cards now?
It magically came back today. Dodgy this app.
The coffees are better at Hungry… oh hey, I found a fry in my bag. My faith is restored.
