Home Loan OO for First Home Buyer - Rates and Offers

Hi there

I’m in the market for my first home loan(Owner occupied).
I’ve done some research to understand the rates and terminologies.

From my research, Naritas - Bank of Sydney $1500 woolworths offer with 3.58% and no upfront & on going fees seems to be the best one.

Few brokers offer trailing commissions as cash backs… wondering if any one could recommend a broker who pays back or shares up-front commissions ?

    Naritas is sharing with you upfront fees.

    They are nice n genuine mob - know what they are doing and wont push you.

      Thanks for your response mate.
      Did you mean the Naritas $1500 woolworths promotion ?

      The other website I mentioned gives back 50% of upfront commissions at the end of year 1 and remaining at the end of year 2.
      Seems to be a good deal.. but worried how genuine it is

        yes - the woolworths one. I suppose you can chat to Naritas and depending on the loan amount they may be able to do more for you.

      I have dealt with Bank Of Sydney directly and got connected to one of the staff in Burwood branch in NSW, who has been very helpful.
      They offered me pretty much what Naritas is offering..$1500 cash in to my account rather than the woolworths gift card.

      With cashback has got good reviews online.. however they seem to be busy and lot more convenient if you were melbourne based.
