And then you use the code again. A $100 costs $90. You apply your card and have $10 left over.So. If you do it ten times you end up with $100 profit?
You can only buy 5? items from their store per week to prevent this!

Seems to have worked for me only 5 minutes ago.
Just added a $1 item and it worked like suggested. Wouldn't otherwise.
Then it flaked out so I restarted firefox and just went back into the already filled cart and it worked.
Confirmation e-mails through that the transaction went through, awaiting actually vouchers.

No. It has come out of the account. I haven't received vouchers yet, just the confirmation that they will be sent

Merchants love to sell gift cards for two reasons - customer is forced into a future sale subject to card’s conditions; and, some customers will not use up some or all of card’s credit (if lost or forgotten).
Some Dick Smith gift card owners did learn an expensive lesson, but lessons are easily forgotten.

Unlike other theme cards, the colour eBay voucher is easily identified as eBay voucher.

For the people like me that can't login to Paypal… create a new Paypal account and link a new card, it worked!!!

When you login to paypal (if successful..), it removes the code.
Make sure you login to paypal first then add the code, or at least check after you login to paypal.
if you stuffed up this process, is there a way you get refund for the transaction? asking for a friend ;-)
Yeah, you can request to cancel transaction pretty sure.
But you need to do that before the gift card get sent to you..@cwongtech: Havnt recieved the email containing the gift card yet, but all i see in the purchase history is a "contact seller" button and "return item" which lead to another screen telling me to again contact the seller. guessing im all out of luck returning this transaction
@cwongtech: oh and btw would you happen to know is there a limit on how many gift card you can use in a single transaction. happen to get many small ones which im hoping to use to buy a rather pricy item

The loophole was finally stopped I'm just glad I was a part of it
I bought one $50 voucher for $45 with 10% code.
Then spending $45 from that voucher and using 10% code I got another $50 voucher.
So I ended up with $5 left on first voucher and second one for $50. It should leave me with $55 with $45 spent.
But they haven't delivered the second voucher yet so let's see how it pans out.

Why is this promo code unique? I remember in all previous promos, you couldn't apply codes to the gift cards purchase.

Didn't work for eBay birthday cupcakes card for me. Added an additional $1 item to card but they both don't appear on the same checkout page for some reasons. Also, tried changing PayPal backup option to debit card and bank account but still didn't work.
I got ones ordered at 12am at 8am this morning.
One's from another account I ordered at 11pm still haven't arrived.
