I have recently purchased online (www.guess.net.au) during their 50% clearance sale (posted in ozbargain)
I received faulty shoes (defect product). I have tried to write/call to them through their
customer service. But I haven't been able to receive any correspondence from them.
I bought it using Master CC, is there any way that I can do 'charge back' by proofing
the faulty product and no response from their customer service despite many emails/calls sent.
Anyone got experience disputing the online transaction….
Should use paypal… make the life easier
