The Good Guys 10% Promo Code Vs My Recent Purchase at Full Price

Hi all,

Recently( week ago) bought an Electrolux 7.5 kg washing machine for 627$ from good guys and now they have a promo code available for a 10% discount (10VIP)to bring the price to 564$ . I would like to know if anyone had faced this sort of situation and contacted the store for a claim, if applicable.

    I remember the checkout, same thing happened to another guy.

    TGG refunds competitor discounts but not their own. So they will deny you.

    Check your credit card policy and see if there's any Price Protection?

    Thanks guys.. Appreciate your replies. As a last resort, I called the store where I picked up the product, and they are happy to refund the 10% difference.. Awesome right.!
