Hi, does anyone know any Indian grocery stores around the city area? I found one near Victoria Market through Google but the listed number is incorrect. They may have closed down. I'm going to go check anyway.

There is one on Sydney Road outside Barkley Square shopping centre, almost on the border of Carlton/Brunswick. Maybe try Chinatown, there's some Asian supermarkets there that may have some items you need.
Would Footscray be too far? Since you mentioned North Melbourne (don't think there are any), it's just a stop or two away. There are quite a number there and quite well stocked too.
