"Ideal for 8-10 people, and those who love leftovers."

Sorry for being a cooking Noob but I have questions.

    1) is it too big for just 1-2 people?

    2) is it only to warm leftovers? I can use it to cook raw fish, rice etc.

    3) I dun have a dishwasher. Is it troublesome to wash by hand?

    Thanks

Have the same size I bought years ago from TGG for a similar price

      1) Don't think it's too big, can cook up and store it in a chiller to eat within few days or freeze it
      2) I use it for cooking dishes with liquids, such as broths, stews, goulash, boilups, soups. Fish I would bake, or grill, and for rice is better a rice cooker
      3) I wash it by hand but be aware the inner bowl can crack or break, if you're not careful, quite easily, and it's got a bit of weight to it

      • Thanks for the helpful reply

So I guess it's mainly good for leftovers or soups for me.

might be better for me to buy a rice cooker since it warms leftovers too and can cook soup and rice.

Rice cooker would be better , takes too long for a slow cooker to warm up food .

        • @Eg51: thanks. Seems so based on the comments
