Hi,
Recently I have bought a Elephone from Gearbest which is faulty. It turns off automatically when it reaches 15% power and touch also not responsive as expected. After 30 mails with Gearbest for almost one month, they suggested three options:
- Keep the phone and refund $35 USD of my $149 USD to my Gearbest wallet
- Send the phone back with my expense (which cost me $25 AUD) - full refund to Gearbest wallet
- Keep the Phone and send the replacement for $90USD
I would like some suggestions from forum - is there anyway complain to ACCC?
Demand full refund or force them to pay for return post.
Thanks
Suneel
