I have a $20 aud paysafecard voucher thing. PS says paysafecards are only accepted/integrated in certain EU countries. Can I just create an account using one of those countries as the residence and redeem the paysafecard? Will it convert AUD to the currency of that country? If so, which country has the best deal with video game prices?
Im also looking to buy a new dualshock 4, amazon has it at $59 with coupon, can I use paysafe with amazon au?

PlayStation Australia, Italy and France all seem to only accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal or Playstation Gift Cards.
Do note, PlayStation has region locking for DLC, so if you purchase the game on an another region account then any DLC will need to be bought from the same corresponding region or at least corresponding Game ID. Also, if you somehow are able to load that voucher into PlayStation, it would convert to the regions local currency. The PlayStation Canadian and Hong Kong stores are known for slightly cheaper pricing but your mileage may vary.
