[FMAB] Bluetooth Keyboard for 2018 iPad (6th gen)

I have just purchased the new 6th Gen 9.7 inch iPad.

I would like to get a bluetooth keyboard that also functions as a case. The only one that seems compatible is the Logitech Slim Folio Case with Integrated Bluetooth Keyboard for iPad. It's $139.95 at Apple, JB HiFi, Officeworks and the like.

I have had a cursory search on eBay, but there's just so much stuff/junk on there and it's hard to judge if it's decent.

So my questions to fellow OzBargainers are:
- are there quality alternatives to the Logitech keyboard above?
- do I just get the Logitech, and if so, are there any bargains?
- do I wait a bit for new models to come on the market?

  Best to check, but it think cases for the original iPad Air will fit.
  I have last year’s iPad in an air case right now. Only issue I can see is the rear camera is slightly off side (but not obscured).

  Edit: I’ll also add I have had a couple of keyboard cases for various iPads, and have settled on a non-keyboard case for day to day, and just take a cheap Bluetooth keyboard if i am travelling without a laptop. The keyboard cases are too bulky the 95% of the time I am not typing on it.

    Those look good, they’re “smart keyboards” that go with the Pros. They’re not compatible with the new iPad

    It finally arrived!

    The keyboard is great, very responsive and well spaced keys. Just like using a mini laptop

    Doesn’t seem like it. Keyboard is meant to remain there when you close it as a case - provides protection to the iPad

      So when its in iPad mode (not using the keyboard like a laptop) with the case on, is the back of the iPad the keyboard ?
      Does it feel awkward to have the keyboard as the back face of the case ?
