    Digital Beach was created to bring awareness to Australian’s about the environment of this wonderful country. Australian’s are lucky to live where they do, the beautiful coast lines, national parks, rainforests, outback and of course the great barrier reef – we are one lucky bunch.

    A lot goes on that you don’t actually see and we at Digital Beach want to help make you aware. Any help big or small to the environment goes a long way. And we’ll show you how, along with news to keep you driven.

    We want to help the next generation, our future, keep Australia as pristine as we can – many people around the world would happily live in Australia so think yourselves lucky.

    We can’t change things overnight but bit by bit we can help.

    At Digital Beach, we believe about being upfront with our readers and members.

    The Digital Beach content and environmental news will be accessible to everyone – that’s why we are here but what makes us different is we have created a members only area.

    Membership

    Our membership is for the Digital Beach and not for tickets into our Giveaway’s. You will be assigned a membership number and these numbers will be randomly drawn for our Giveaway’s. One thing we do ask is that you take the environment seriously.

    We have 200k member places open and ready – our membership is $5 per month (just over a large cup of coffee ..) and with this membership comes a monthly/weekly giveaways with a difference. We will be giving away awesome gifts from Electric Cars, Power Wall + Solar Panels, Eco Friendly Holidays and more.

    We believe these gifts will help the environment and your pocket but most important, we want to bring awareness.

    We are not a lottery nor a charity but our aim is to help. Environmental gifts and knowledge along with charitable donations will help the next generation.

    If you do cancel, your membership will be offered to someone from the waitlist. And the reason we restrict to 200k is to make the odds a little more favourable to our members.

    There will be at least twenty four draws per year, and at least twelve electric car giveaways. Of course this is all dependant on members continuing their subscription. We believe $5 per month is not a lot to ask for superb giveaway’s.

    Donations

    Along with great giveaways, we will be making donations to good environmental causes and we will ask the members to vote on what they believe to be the most worthy cause – without you Digital Beach would not be possible.

    Payment

    We use PayPal as a payment gateway. PayPal is a safe and used by millions to transact funds. The subscription for Digital Beach is $5 per month and you can cancel anytime.

    I am a little concerned Darren… an Individual/Sole Trader not registered for GST with a website that looks pretty but does not provide much information other than the giveaway (eg the about section mentioned in your post above) and only 200k memberships allowed (anyone above that need to wait for someone to cancel their membership) and using paypal?
    stating that you will be making donations and whatnot, but the way i see it is although you state "We are not a lottery nor a charity" everything about the site and giveaway screams "lottery".
    Just thought I would share my thoughts .. looks like a great way to make some serious $$$ whilst committing a little to charities and
    (possible) prizes. for me it waves a big red flag

    Business name 'Digital Beach' is nonexistent. Prior name 'Guesto Property Management' was only registered for a year.

    No charity status, no GST registration. No registration number for a lottery/game of chance.

    Proceed at your peril…

    EDIT: Also, OzBargain member since yesterday.

      Haha .. this is even better .. according to his Facebook the property management was for airbnb which also have a Facebook page .. which has 2 shared posts I am loving about how to make money trading … Motive found :) (ps found his personal page via the Digital Beach Facebook page where he is the only person who likes/follows it OH and even likes his own (company) posts) .. well done sir!

        oh wait it even gets better still … those 2 shared (trading) posts lead to "Index Trading Signals" who have a website and guess who owns that one .. Darren Nash.. and guess what form or payment they accept .. did you say "Paypal" ? well, you are correct! :) no ABN to be found on the website or via ABN lookup … this guy is on his way to become bubba's new best friend

    Hi Darren … (who i know is keeping an eye on this page) .. good to see you removed your ABN from the website ;) as well as your address and contact details to fake details on your facebook page (not that the original ones were real anyway), as well as updating your webpages regarding contact details .. … glad you came to ozbargain?
