Received an email from Scoot about a 40% off voucher however i can't find terms and conditions and valid dates etc. Anyone else receive the email and have some info regarding this?
The gist of the email says thanks for being one of the first few scoot insiders, to show our appreciation here's a 40% off voucher for your next escape.

Vouchers can only be used once and are applicable to base fare only. Usage is also subject to selected fare types. Blackout periods may apply during school holidays and event periods for Scoot Insider vouchers. Voucher will expire in 30 days from the date of this email.
That's the one I tried it with certain dates but it didn't work. Any luck on your end?
Same tried a few flights out of Perth and dates no luck
Going to need more than 40% off to get me to fly with them.
Once you have logged in as a Scoot Insider it will let you know if the flights you have chosen can be used with a voucher. Take note that late May and June are school holidays in Singapore so the voucher won't be usable during this period.
You could apply 40% off? I could only use the 15% off one.

But I've probably been black listed after my last flight where I booked when they had Super seats (more leg room) but before they took them away. I complained as I'm tall and if I knew they had taken them away I would have booked exit rows. They refused to refund me as they claimed I had only paid a 'seat selection fee' (even though what I paid was about double their usual fee). I ended up going to Singapore's consumer affairs who backed me up and forced them to refund.
