Hi,
I am not a permanent resident. I want to buy a home but what are the chances that i eligible to receive a bank loan even if i have enough cash for the deposit? can the Financial/mortgage dealers help me out? I am based in Melbourne, by the way.
Thank you.

Financial/mortgage dealers help me out
You’ve contacted Ozbargain though, isn’t there a thread from earlier in the week asking the same question?
Edit;
Yes there is
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/372945First, check if you're eligible to own real estate.
Then check to make sure you understand the implications of owning real estate as a non-PR or citizen.

So i can't buy a home with a citizen business partner or a relative? Only with a spouse?
It depends on your visa and/or your nationality. You didn't disclose either so there's not enough information to form an opinion.
depends.. it is possible.
