The 34" I bought from them just arrived in one day. They are even $20 cheaper now :(
Do you have a link for the one you got?

I bought the 69G, honestly if you can afford more get a curved screen and 1440p. Because I was using 2 x 22" 16:10 monitors I can put them a bit facing to me but this flat planel I can't but the advantage is I can use the middle of the screen to read.

Avoid this seller. I purchased a new monitor from them and was sent a repackaged one with protective sleeves ripped, scratches on the stand, and an energy sticker that had been removed, used as a notepad, then reattached to the screen with what appears to be superglue.
The replied extremely unprofessionally and claimed it was the fault of ViewSonic and refused to accept a return. I'm currently going through the Office of Fair Trading to get a refund.
You bought from their eBay store? You can claim from eBay PayPal.
Mine came from ingrammicro directly.
Why go through that when Ebay and PayPal will side with you? Pointless.
Have you used eBay's new dispute process? Unlike the old process operated by PayPal, it is hopeless.
When I received the monitor and noticed the flaws, I contacted the seller that afternoon and provided pictures of the defects. They then launched an investigation and promised to get back to me. A week later they did and asked for more photos of the problems. By that time, I was overseas and could not provide them until I returned three weeks later which was out of the supposed 30-day DOA policy (no where on the listing does it state such a thing). Ebay sided with them on this point, inexplicably.
I've also contacted ViewSonic and they claim there is no way a product could be shipped from them in such a condition.
eBay has 30 days guaranteed return and Paypal possibly 3-6 months, can't remember the exact time.
As long as you instigated it before 30 days on ebay, you have nothing to worry about.
This was a couple of months ago; eBay sided with the seller on the account that it was outside of ViewSonic's 30-day DOA policy (even though this legally does not undermine my right to a refund under ACL). It honestly seems like eBay gave preferential treatment to the seller in the dispute case due to their affiliation in promotions like this.
@Comfortably Numb:
Than go with paypal.
If you raised it before 30 days, you are guaranteed a return through ebay.
eBay certainly does not favour sellers.
You can't open a dispute with PayPal for any eBay transactions—it just redirects to the eBay dispute page.
I did raise it before 30 days and eBay denied the return despite being provided the evidence. It isn't guaranteed.
@Comfortably Numb:
Unless something has changed very recently you definitely can.
I had to return a faulty smart watch a few months ago, that I was unable to test prior to 30 days, I got given the run around from the seller (a big one on ebay) and Paypal immediately sided with me, I had already returned the item and was awaiting a refund.
You're right, it seems you can—the process is pretty convoluted and has changed since I last did it, and I assumed PayPal had removed support for eBay purchases since the separation of the two companies. Thanks for your help.
Good deal, great price for a minor upgrade if you’re in the market for an ultrawide but not willing to go 1440
