Amidst the worry about promotional cutbacks due to the withdrawal of bank-issued American Express cards I'm happy to inform you all that I have received via merchant correspondence from American Express confirmation that Shop Small will be returning in November 2018.
Let us prepare.

Nothing new, everyone knows that and the shopsmall will be back in Noverber 2019,20,21,22…
But noone knows if the shopsmall will be in May and September or not.
i would not have thought they'd cut back on promotional campaigns like shopsmall DUE to the removal of bank issued amex's. If anything i would think they should increase them. Not everyone will be handed an amex now just because they have have a visa/mastercard - you actually have to apply for an amex, so theres less incentive for people to do so .. except for these shopsmall type campaigns.
It’s now November only, confirmed with an Amex rep. They said to kee p watching Amex Offers between now and then,
It will be good if they increase the max number of shop small transactions per card to 10 again but I doubt that's going to happen.
But nothing for May? Or September? If I recall correctly, they used to have Shop Small weekends around then?
