Calling Agoda Waiting for More than 1 Hour ?

Hi,

I have been trying to contract Agoda regarding to a refund twice. First time waited for half an hour. The second time (which is today) waited more than 1 hour. Is it the norm ?

Sent them an email a week ago and haven't received any respond either.

      Thanks. Not very smart of me to pay them full upfront :( . Should have chosen to pay at the hotel :(

      I'm asking if it's the norm since they said "Due to unexpected high volume of calls". if not, I will call them another time. if it is, i will leave my phone calling for hours until they pick up.
