I've found a cheapie laptop that should suit my needs, simple web browsing/windows based OS. Please let me know of any alternatives from local bricks and mortar stores that offers what this does for $300 as I want local warranty without posting back etc…

I'd be more concerned that the 'hard drive' is only 32GB, Windows 10 will take pretty much all of that. In order to actually use it you need to add a USB drive and leave it in permanently as drive 'D'.
The laptop may have a slot to add another drive. Unlikely. Requires pulling the machine apart anyway (not hard).
Performance-wise it'll be fine, I've a similar laptop (HP) that I use when weight & battery matters a bit.
Helpful guy (Daniel) at the help desk (funny that) in the HN Morayfield store opened it and confirmed no M.2 or anything similar. Slimline USB or cloud storage is the only option.

That's a 7 year old refurbished laptop. In computer world, that's 70 years old. :)
Its a business grade laptop with an i5 Processor. But will probably still outlast an Ollee :-_

The Dell has a lower res and noticeably smaller screen than the ollee.
It has smaller screen but has faster processor DDR4 ram Vs DDR3
Still its cpu much slower than the X220 :-O
No real alternatives I can find. I'm not interested in doing the tablet onscreen/separate bluetooth keyboard.

I have a 2012 model hp probook that i got 3 years ago refurbished, was 250, and put a 1tb ssd in it. Good keyboard and build quality, its been dropped so many times. Need to replace the thermal grease on the cpu soon. Ex business/refurb is good to look into especially if its got good repairability.

With ATOM processor, and only 4GB of RAM, you might run into problems even as simple as web browsing. A cheapo tablet will be much better choice.
