Edit: Activated Now - Issues with Vodafone Prepaid Activation - Asking for "Activation PIN"

Hello,

I am trying to activate the sim starter pack bought last year from Woolies and it has the Activation Key which starts with letter V. The moment I key in V in the Activation Key Link there's another text box appears which asks for "Activation PIN" and no where on sim starter pack I could find any PIN.

Checked with Voda online chat and they don't have any clue and asked me to go back to Woolies and ask for Activation PIN.

Has anyone experienced the same or knows how to activate it?

    I don't remember seeing that PIN field or anything on a SIM pack matching it. Maybe over the weekend VF exposed the wrong form, maybe one meant for customer reps, to the public.

    Edit: Maybe it's the temporary account PIN field?

    If you need to activate it urgently you can activate it in person at a Vodafone Store (Bring ID).

    Activation PIN might be located on the store receipt you purchased the card from.

      Thanks. You are correct may be the PIN was on receipt but I don't have the receipt now :-(

    The PIN isn't showing under the activation key?
    Try 0000.

      Thank you but that's the SIM PIN and it's 0000 which did not work.

          Thanks again. I do not have "Temporary Account PIN" just SIM PIN. BTW just spoke to Vodafone prepaid team and they activated the starter pack and told me that there were some sim packs which had this issue.
