Remote Control for Both RF and IR

I'm after a universal remote that can control both radio frequency and infra-red devices.

Don't think such a thing exists but wanted to check.

Or is there another way of doing this?

Don't need anything fancy as I only have 3 IR and 2 RF.

    Are you considering using the full features of all the remote or just the basic, like | on/off | CH+/- | Vol+/- | D Pad | etc?

Full for some and basic for others.

IR would be full as it's for my TV, AV receiver, Xbox and air con.

RF would be basic for my ceiling fan and bias lighting.
