Some tips for selling.

Don't put anything in your ad to suggest you want a quick sale or that the price is negotiable.
ignore any lowballers in the first 24 hours. also ignore any messages asking you whats the lowest price you will accept.
If someone comes round and says they don't have enough money on them, then tell them to go to the ATM and get some.

I recently put something on and had over 20 enquiries in 12 hours, clearly I listed it too low. start high, you can always drop your price but it's hard to increase it.
