Are you referring to 2002 and 2003 reviews from the link you attached? I think that reviews are no longer valid… it is 7 years old review…

That guy is an utter utter moron. He even admits his own laziness in failing to do another backup after his PC crashed! It doesn't matter what hosting provider you use - do regular backups if practical, and do not ever rely on the hosting company, unless you have some sort of SLA in regards to backups.
How right that is. Most web hosting companies will tell you it is your responsibility to keep backups, not theirs. If you want a web hosting company that will do backups for you, then it will cost you a lot more.

Reading the Terms & Conditions… this just isn't the kind of business I'd like deal with.
IMO: too many weird & harsh sounding terms for me!
(Even the voucher-code was different than shown above, when I visited the web site; why?)
(Others may feel differently, so, I guess I'd have to say: "Buyer Beware" to any that do.)
PS: Do we know anyone, who's stayed with this company for -more- than a year? What do they say of their experiences & costs, in that time?
