    • If its like cardboard or any other issue, They have a fairly good policy on if you are not 100% satisfied refund or replacement. Some stores a dodgy and make excuse not to honour their guarantee. Then you can Just email Dominos Feedback

Should get a response similar to this" I am sorry to hear about the poor service you have received at one of our stores. We appreciate you passing this on to us. To say sorry, and to make it up to you, below is a voucher for 1 Traditional Pizza + 1 Side

after buying so many free domino vouchers here from ozb member for $2 - $2.50 each, i feel that is the normal price for a pizza. wont happy to pay more than that!

  • Why is there such a price difference between the value and other pizzas? $5 vs $15? You could probably create one of the traditional pizzas out of a value one by adding ingredients for less than the cost of the traditional one

I believe it is due to different market groups. ie. There is the people who can only afford (or only willing) to pay about $5. Then there is the marketing demographic of people who can afford to (and are willing to) pay $15 or more. The marketing team will be fairly well informed about such things, thus the pricing disparity between the very cheap budget 'value' range, then the overpriced for what they are …. 'premium' range.
Then we have a newly emerging demographic (which the marketing team dont want at all) the group of ozbargain users selling codes for free pizza to other members, which obviously leaves dominos with a loss essentially. Im pretty sure they can afford the loss, but they would never encourage or market to this niche which they make no money off.
