Don't bank on the "paypal" - does not fit description. Paypal tends to take their side. Had an experience with Choetech chargers, they were not even a "fake" Choetech chargers, didn't even resemble them, they were some "no brand" chargers despite having the Choetech name as its advertised product on the website. Paypal then states that you will have to send the item back and even if you send the item back, it doesn't reach them within the "time frame" - paypal then closes the case. My mistake was purchasing more than one from them as well, so the pain was accumulative. So buyers beware. I urge you to shop elsewhere, especially if monetary terms are of substance as oppose to just being say a $1 item and the like where the risk is minimal. Other experiences highlighted by others as well on this posting. They have worked out a process/system around the whole paypal process. Buyers beware, buyers beware, buyers beware….

I had this problem with PayPal once a few years ago - I called them and advised that under Australian Law counterfeit goods had to be destroyed or surrendered to the police, hence I couldn't return them. PayPal closed the case and refunded straight away.

That's a good tip…! Thanks will keep that in mind for the future. I would hate to have others get burnt by their dodgy acts. After all, ozbargain is a community (not ozripoff). Unfortunately, it was a very time consuming experience for me. So I do bother to "take the time" to alert others, so they do not have to go through what I went through with this particular firm(s). I should maybe have a cut and paste every time the firm has a posting. That way, there is a disclaimer to buyers. And if ozbargain members choose to purchase, well they go in with their eyes open.

  • I don't have any problem with LITB delivery time but the $2 difference is not very attractive compared to the local stock and delivery within 4 days.

  • Genuine though?

  • Wasn't the 64gb version around $21-22?
