I have been using this on my cereal and it's ok, but it's terrible for coffee (frothing milk) as it always separates.
Suggest So Good Almond works for frothing for your coffee.
This milk would be my last resort but if it's on sale I'll pick up some.
Some of the almond milk's they put sunflower oil into it i know this one hasn't got any that's why I usually just grab these for my protein shakes.
Do you know why they do this - is that perhaps why it doesn't separate when you froth it?
Not a huge fan of this brand. Having said that I've moved away from almond milk, and now use oat milk for drinking/cereal/coffee, and soy milk for cooking. Soy milk especially is much better for you.
