      I didn’t get a tracking no or confirmation email but it was sent from Nerang, QLD and I’m from Brisbane so that might explain why I got mine sooner?

    Yeah still waiting on mine. I emailed them the other day and they said no tracking and was sent 5 days ago. Unsure how long to wait before bugging them again.

    I got them today, the pin on one of the gold ones was bent so much that it had ripped partway out of the casing at the back, disappointing.

      In addition to one of the silver retainers/backings being squished/warped/deformed so much that its useless.

      Emailed support with pictures, we'll see what happens.

      Got an email back ~3hrs after I sent mine, asking if I wanted a replacement to be sent or a refund. Thankfully they were understand and reasonable too. Happy with the service.

    Quite disappointed with these… I know they were only 5 bucks however one of the earrings came broken with the crystal broken off from the other bit.

    Very disappointed, cheap material. They are like kids toy. The pin is plastic, not metal. I can buy much better quality on eBay.
    Will never buy from this shop again.

      Same thoughts… One of the earrings even came broken in the package - Customer support are ignoring my emails as well.
