Where does it say in the OP/link that it does? Have a read of the terms and conditions on the coupon;

It was informative for those who asked above. You pay full price and then get one for a dollar… Using other codes would work out cheaper than this deal.
Not everyone can get other codes to work at their local store or for delivery. This may be an alternative for those people.

It says in ad if you read the small print. Minumin delivery order $22
yeah, if you choose delivery then it is a minimum order value of $22
if you also read the add then under the large red print "FOR $1" it says "Pick up or Delivered"

Update with minimum delivery order has to be $22
