Husbad and I are celebrating 15th wedding anniversary in late feb next year. Would like to head overseas to pacific, Asia or Usa. Reasonably flexible with location. Travelling with another couple with same anniversary date. When is best time to book travel deals for feb travel dates for each location??

Feb is coming off peak season so fares would be pretty cheaper.
You should be good booking 12 - 6 weeks in advance; at least for Asia.
I feel like 6 weeks is peak pricing, almost worse than the day before. Definitely 6 months if you can, or just plan everything now and wait for the next ozbargain deal.
