il Gelato does, in an ode to Summer's past we're offering you the chance to WIN a YEAR’S SUPPLY OF GELATO. Farewell summer with il Gelato in the best way possible; with scoop after scoop 365 days a year!

Terms & Conditions:

Winner will be announced and contacted via email April 13, 11am WST.
Registered parties will be added to il Gelato mailing list.
Prize will be divided into monthly deliveries of 4 tubs for 10 months, and 6 tubs for the remaining two months, totaling 52 tubs.
Prize is available to receive a monthly delivery in person, at any time on the scheduled day of delivery on the first Monday of each month commencing 7th May 2018 for 12 months.
In the event of a Monday falls on a public holiday, il Gelato will endeavor to deliver on the next available delivery day in that territory.
Winner will be required to provide a delivery address within the Perth Metropolitan region (30km of CBD) and be available to receive a monthly delivery in person.
A prize must be taken as stated and is not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, il Gelato, may, but is under no obligation to substitute a prize of like or equal value
il Gelato takes no responsibility for the loss of the prize (or the inability of the prize winner to use the prize) due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by the prize winner, or otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, il Gelato makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, merchantability of the prize.
il Gelato and its related entities, employees, contractors, servants or agents shall not be liable for and accept no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise in conjunction with the Competition or a prize occurring either during or after the Competition.
