I live in an apartment my neighbour underneath us smoke every morning and afternoon.
The smoke really annoys us and have concerns on this. Any advice on this? I have contacted strata and strata has sent letter about this but no action can be taken according to strata manager.
Burn strong smell incense and let them smell.

The ozbargainer way would be to attach the sensor on the ledge where it can detect the presence of your neighbor.
Program it to turn on smart socket which turns on the industrial fan when it detects motion blowing the smoke away. Simples!
If they're not asian, buy a durian, open it up and position it at the window. They'll be banging at your door the next door, begging for mercy. Alternatively, if you're too tight, just sh!t in a bucket and leave it at the window.

Ask them to smoke somewhere else, if they refuse breath the smoke or you sell and move.
