Doesn't work for me either using FF and IE with all privacy related plugins disabled.I did send an enquiry using their Contact Us, will see what they say.
Can't press the enter button on Chrome or Edge.
Strange it seems I've filled in all fields correctly but it remains greyed out and can't be pressed.
