$200 gift card when you purchase a hospital insurance policy and keep it for 30 days…. not bad considering you can get a policy for around $73 a month. Most deals like this usually make you get hospital and extras too…. which makes this even sweeter.

    Point 7 of terms and conditions covers this

    1. In these Terms & Conditions: “Eligible Health Insurance Policy” means any hospital or hospital and extras policy but not including “Extras Only”, “Overseas Visitor”, a or “Corporate Policy” purchased through iSelect or a Related Body Corporate of iSelect (excluding InfoChoice Pty Ltd, General Brokerage Services Pty Ltd or any of their Related Bodies Corporate); and “Related Body Corporate” has the meaning given to it in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

      No, but should be this week:

      10.. Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) (“Prezzee”) is the issuer of the swap eGift Card. The swap
      eGift Card will be emailed by Prezzee to the Qualifying Customer by 11 May 2018. The swap eGift
      Card will be sent using the email address provided by the Qualifying Customer at the time of
      purchasing the Eligible Health Insurance Policy. Neither iSelect nor Prezzee will be responsible if the
      Qualifying Customer provides an invalid or incorrect email address.

  • Guess we are going to have to call them on Monday as they have now breached the terms and conditions of the promotion

  • I pm'd them on Facebook and they are raising it with their marketing team. They did ask if the policy was still active but I switched back after the cooling off period so I did keep it for the requisite 30 day period. I will post again here when I have a definitive answer from them.

  • They did confirm the policy only had to be held for 30 days so whether it is active now is irrelevant. They said they would have an outcome within two business days so we will see how it plays out.

  • Nothing for me yet. Calling their number says they are all busy and to contact via email, can't even wait on hold for someone lol

  • Pretty useless to have to chase them!

    • That's it but if it was $20 or $30 I wouldn't bother but it was what they promised so we will see what happens. Saying that the cards are sent out in batches isn't going to cut it.

  • Got a reply back from Prezzee, saying that iSelect have distributed them by 10:30am today. I still haven't received my GC so in talks now with iSelect help.

  • So after pesting them on FB, 'marketing have confirmed you are eligible and will be talking with finance to get this sorted, we can't give you an ETA but will let you know when it has been sent'

    So much for T&Cs stating the 11th of May as last day for delivery. I guess T&C should be just called restrictions for the customer only

      • I sent them a FB message last week. Told it's a 2 day turn around, still had to follow up both days this week to get a response.

  • I also got mine but it is only 150. Is there anywhere saying that the reward is supposed to be 150 if you took out Hospital cover only? Not that I can see from their own T&C.
