Can't Check out Using Shipster on Chemist Warehouse

Hi, first time using Shipster on Chemist Warehouse and I can't get it to work. I have spent over $25 in my cart and the Shipster option is available, but when I go to checkout, it says:

The system returned the following reason:

Your order is not eligible for Shipster program. Please check your order and try again.

This is my order:

Subtotal: $26.87
Delivery $0.00
Discount $10.00
Total $16.87
(Including delivery & GST)

Does it not work with coupons? Or is it because I have medicine in my cart? (It's not prescribed medicine just cold & flew tablets.)

I have already contacted Shipster, but not sure when they will reply. My coupon ends tomorrow.

    Shipsters website is pretty clear:

    Free shipping applies to orders from participating retailers with an order total of $25 and over and shipping costs under $20.

    Your total order is $16.87.

      I spent over $25 which allowed me to unlock the Shipster option which is normally locked. Thinking that you can use coupons since it unlocked it. But turns out it does not accept voucher codes.

        Perhaps it is to be $25 minimum after discounts? Try adding more items to test.

    I believe it's calculated on total cost, so you would need to spend $35 before the $10 coupon to reach the $25 min, that's how it works on Shaver Shop also. So it's working as intended.
