The W7 is LG's assault on TV obesity. The cheapest deal I have seen for functional artwork. Bing may be offering a piece of 65" utility for less than half the cost (the C7), but this my friends is your own 'Louvre' masterpiece. Don't Broden.

Obsequious oleaginous opulence!
Nice find OP.What's the difference between this and the other LG OLED TV that's selling for 3360 in binglee? Other than that it's a little tinner.
Itβs not a little thinner.
it is more than 10 times thinner. This is a wall-mount-only version of the OLED TV. It's 4mm thin and sits flat on the wall. All of the inputs (HDMI, etc) go into the soundbar and signals are passed to the panel through a single ribbon cable (which can be hidden inside the wall).
The panel is the same as the other LG OLEDs, so picture quality is identical to the C7/E7/G7.
They really needed to have better PQ in my eyes between panels to entice people to spend more, cosmetics isn't enough.
Even if this TV is probably the most amazing thing yet.
So it's $4k extra for the same panel in a thinner package?
Yeah. It's a niche/luxury/experimental product. It looks crazy-impressive when stuck to the wall, but whether that's worth the extra money is down to the individual (and I think would divide opinions quite a bit).
@asubtleviolence: anyone who thinks this is worth 4k more I will host a magic show at your birthday for only $3000
you have to understand the market …..
if you spend big $$ on your apartment this tv would look amazing…..
held on the wall with magnets ….. cables hidden thru a wall cavity ….means zero cables and zero space behind the tv…..perfect
$4k extra …… thats nothing to a lot of people ….. who spend $30 / $40 / $50k …. on a kitchen
Thanks, that was useful info.
Guess LG is passing on the savings from Warner's sponsorship deal
Perfect for watching cardoons!
Got to sell my kidney now.
How much , I'll offer $5k
You need a third kidney?
If I'm getting one that cheap… Why not ππ
What advantages does this have over say.. a train. Which I could also afford.
This TV will fit through tunnels

They should have built the trains out of LG televisions.
Speaking as someone who literally owns a train (more accurately, a couple of them), this would take a LOT less money to keep on an ongoing basis because of lower storage and maintenance costs.
And one of my trains cost LESS THAN this TV, so anyone who could afford that TV could also afford a train if they're there at exactly the right time to get a good deal on one.
I would hold on to your horses as the next get arriving soon has the 77" C8
I wouldn't be surprised if the price is similar.
I guess if you love the wallpaper effect then that's another story!
Cheers4mm thick? I would have pulled the trigger if it was 3mm, but 4? Bit thick for my liking.
Naah, just kidding, I still have a 50" Panasonic plasma from 2010. Great picture, no need to spend a lot of dough to regain 50mm of wall space.
4mm thick? I would have pulled the trigger if it was 3mm, but 4? Bit thick for my liking.
That's what she said ….. NOT
Wow you must be proud, congrats man
Proud of what?
But at our current electricity prices, wouldn't you save the cost of this TV in the space of a year or two, by switching from plasma to OLED?
Lol. I pay 17c per kWH. My Panasonic draws 153W according to the specs. That's 2.6c per hour….it's one massive misnomer that later plasmas are big power users. It's certainly not financially worth it to 'upgrade'. Hasn't anyone worked out they keep inventing new technology so you keep buying? It's not necessarily better technology though. The motion blur on modern TVs drives me nuts, and they also use some sort of processing, which I'm sure is meant to cut down on motion blur but it makes movement seem artificial. No, I'm very happy indeed with my plasma. /flame on.
not gonna lie that's pretty cheap for such a cool tv like that.
