Whilst their coffee is reason my experience with their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Emailed 12 days ago asking a question about some items I was going to buy……a week later no response…..forwarded email again to them….3 more days no response. Called and spoke to a staff member who found all emails sent but had no idea of an answer or who'd been actioning - advised me they'd get back to me the next day……now 2 days later and nothing.
NOT impressed.
Works well thanks, we have used their coffee for years top stuff.
